
Carsten Sennov is the managing partner of SennovPartners where he works as a consultant and advisor for business leaders and their teams.
Responsible for SennovPartners’ franchise-based training businesses, he oversees the continued international expansion which today covers many countries in Europe, the USA, and Japan.
As CEO and co-owner of Good Adventures Publishing, he is responsible for publishing and selling the company’s books worldwide.
Carsten was married to Anni Sennov until she passed away in the summer of 2019, and together they co-authored 10+ of the 30+ books she wrote on spiritual energy, consciousness and self-development, as well as New Time children and relationships. Their books have been published in 10+ languages.
He is the main author of “Be a Conscious Leader in Your Own Life,” which includes a description of the four element profile™ personality type indicator, which the couple jointly developed.
In 2018-2021 Carsten Sennov has also been working on a major transformation as Director of Operations & Execution for Bisnode International Region, turning 15 countries into one Region.
In April 2017, he and Anni launched the Energy Self-Defense concept and the first three books at a major event in New York, having one-on-one dialogues with 50 American journalists.
In 2012-13, Carsten was the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) contact person for Essess Inc. – an MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) spin-out in Cleantech.
In 2011 the couple started the course company four element profile™, where Carsten is the managing partner. Courses are offered in collaboration with trained associated partners in the Nordic countries and in the USA. Courses are also available online.
For most of 2010 Carsten Sennov worked on a major turnaround for the Danish division of a world leading credit management services company.
In 2008 he worked for Vaekstfonden, the Danish State investment fund, with an incubation project within the Cleantech area.
In 2006 he worked on a major improvement program for a large Telecom provider.
For most of 2004 he worked on a major consulting assignment, improving a corporation in the Service Industry.
Carsten Sennov was Deputy CEO at Capgemini Denmark, where he was employed from 1999 to 2003. Here he was also directly responsible for Capgemini’s largest division – the Technology Services division – as well as Deputy CEO for this division in the Nordic region.
During the period 1991-1998 he worked for Gartner; the last four years being based in Sydney, Australia, where he was Operations Director at Gartner Measurement Asia Pacific.
He has also worked in product and sales roles for Gartner and IBM.
Carsten Sennov has been a sportsman at an elite level and has traveled extensively. His exploits included sailing across the Atlantic Ocean in a riverboat and later on, traveling six months in the Australian Outback. He has worked extensively in personal development.
